Role Overview

As a Live Streamer at NOVAS, you will have the opportunity to engage with our audience through regular live streams, showcasing your unique talents such as singing, dancing, and more. You’ll be a key player in creating captivating and interactive content that resonates with TikTok viewers.

Responsibility

  • Going LIVE regularly to entertain and engage the TikTok audience.
  • Showcasing your talents, which could include singing, dancing, or other creative skills.
  • Interacting with viewers through positive, creative communication and maintaining a lively atmosphere during LIVE.
  • Work collaboratively with agents to develop show formats. 

Requirements

  • Passionate about live streaming and eager to succeed in the online entertainment industry.
  • Possess a talent or skills such as singing, dancing, acting, or other performing arts.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with viewers and create a welcoming environment.
  • Minimum part-time commitment of 20 hours per week for part-time positions.

Job Details

  • Pay: From £16.00 per hour (base salary + bonus scheme + commission pay)
  • Expected: 25-40 hours per week
  • Flexed term contract
  • Contract length: 3 months (after 3 months, remote work may be considered)
  • Number of Vacancies: Unlimited
  • Application Period: Long-term availability
  • Ability to Commute: Epsom (required)
  • Work Location: Initially in-person (after training, remote work may be considered)
